The hotel itself was functional and fairly cleanwith a roof top bar. The staff was amazingly nice, provided a quick check-in and a smooth check-out. I greatly enjoyed rooftop restaurant.

The hotel has a good and stunning location in the rooftop "garden ". Plus, it's in Puebla Centro district, near Right by the Zocalo with tons of options for food and the centre of Puebla.

Everything was simply really good. The room with very good hot shower. The location was great, close to Puebla Convention Center. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel.

The room was immaculately clean and immaculate, with climate control, flat-screen television, and a writing desk. The location was marvellous and stunning, for example, a superb private museum was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.
There were pretty small beds.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. Room service was top-notch, and my room was always spotless thanks to the housekeeping staff. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The terrace was lovely and provided a great view of my surroundings. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided in my room.

Excellent sized and newly furnished room and central heating, a private safe and flat-screen TV inside. Hypo-allergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed. Wonderful location in the safe area, very close to the beautiful historic center of Puebla, food places, and the rooftop " garden ". Smooth check-in and smooth check-out, lively staff.

The staff was superb, accommodating, and extremely helpful. Enrique went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even upgraded our room. Clean rooms with a room safe available. The hotel has a convenient location near shopping market and offers a rooftop restaurant with top-shelf liquor.
